The Division of Student Affairs is committed to creating a safe and supportive learning community at 博彩网站. We depend on members of the college community to identify and report behaviors of concern so that we can provide students in distress with appropriate support services and resources. Use this form to report potential violations of the Student Code of Conduct for follow-up by Student Affairs.

Share-A-Concern
Use this form to report a concern for the general health and well-being of a student. This report will be sent to the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT).
Policy on Affirmative Action (PAA) and Title IX Concerns
The campus community and non-confidential employees should use the PAA & Title IX Concerns Form to report concerns for student(s) who may be experiencing discrimination which constitutes Prohibited Conduct or Sex-Based Harassment in violation of the College’s Policy on Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity & Diversity (PAA) Policy on Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity & Diversity (PAA)
You do not need to determine if the behavior is Prohibited Conduct or Sex-Based Harassment. If you receive a disclosure about behavior that may be considered discrimination please contact Dr. Kathyrn C.
